Resident Rent

Tenant rent is set according to the Reasonable Rent Contribution calculations as outlined in the NDIS pricing arrangements.

Resident Rent Fees

Resident Fees are paid via direct debit each fortnight and adjusted twice a year in line with Centrelink rate changes.

Residents of Shared Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes are charged a reasonable rent contribution set by the NDIS.

This equates to 25% of the Disability Support Pension, 25% of the Pension Supplement, and 100% of the Commonwealth Rental Assistance.
