The Gateway 2015 Properties Trustee
 

The Gateway 2015 Properties Trustee (Trustee) is trustee of the Gateway 2015 Properties Trust (Trust) that was formed in 2015 and consists of five directors (with two directors of the Trustee comprising Sunnyfield directors) who must comprise a minority of directors of the Trustee.

The Trustee’s Constitution provides that at least one director must reside in Australia and must not be a disqualified person as outlined in the Trustee’s Constitution.
